Balushahi Traditionally Indian Glazed doughnut 

Balushahi is a traditional dessert in northern Indian Cuisine, Pakistani Cuisine and Nepali cuisine. A mouth watering recipe prepared with flour, sugar and ghee, just right for the occasion. This dish can be served on all occassions however few special times are like all Indian festival and marriages. This dessert is made especially during the festival of Diwali. It is high in calories but very tasty.
