Alsi pinia are high in fibre and are authentic winter sweet. Alsi pinia are made of flour, linseed, sugar, ghee, kaju, pista and sauf. Once all the ingredient is ready they are made into small balls and cooled and ready to eat.
Our sweet, rich and crumbly North Indian delicacy gives intense pleasure. Made with pure butter ghee (clarified butter) and gramflour. But we don’t stop there, we add that little extra by flavouring our Baloshai with exotic cardamoms and combine pistachios and almonds to give you that truly scrumptious and crumbly mouthful.
